Bayside College Pty Ltd (ABN 87 124 881 965) is committed to protecting the privacy of our students, applicants and website visitors.
Use and disclosure
Personal information may be disclosed to Commonwealth and State agencies, the Tuition Protection Service and the designated authority as required under the ESOS Act 2000 and the National Code. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
Student records are stored securely and access is limited to authorised staff. Records are retained for the periods required by our regulatory obligations.
Access and correction
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or out of date.
